Every time new files are added to an automated folder, they will be automatically renamed and grouped into subfolders following a certain pattern. Though the rules are currently predefined, Dropbox is working to bring more customization options, which will enable users to create their own rules. Dropbox has also added a new tagging system for files and folders. Users can add tags to their files and folders, and when they need to find these files, they can simply search the keywords. These new features are currently only available for team users and will be coming soon to individual and family users.
