Zoom announced a series of new features for its video meeting app. Users now can turn on their camera and be present as human avatars in the meeting. The cartoon avatars will mirror users’ movements and facial expressions. Besides, users now can use the template feature to create different types of meetings. Zoom is also adding threaded messages and reactions for in-meeting chats, which make it easier to figure out which message someone is replying to. Finally, Zoom is adding Q&A in meetings. The Q&A pop-out lets meeting hosts view, answer or dismiss queries. Update your Zoom to try these new features! To use Zoom, you have different alternatives: log in on their website, download the program for Mac or PC, or download the app for mobile devices.
